Oh wow. We are in very similar predicaments. I have a post-it note here listing all five of my submission deadlines. I'd ask why I put myself through this stress every year but... it's fun.

Ah, we've both signed up for Holmestice and the Sherlock advent calendar. :D

It is so much fun! And a great way to make sure I actually finish things! I just maybe should not sign up for so many challenges at Christmas. orz

I have been in the Sherlock fandom for just over a year (latecomer, I know), but I've only very recently started trying my hand at writing for it. Magic realism for Holmestice and... something fluffy and Johnlock-ish for the advent calendar! *grins*

Good luck with your masses of writing to do!

I know, right? Christmas is my busiest time of the year and yet it's the only time I ever sign up for fic challenges. But, you're right, it is good to actually finish things for a change. :P

I hope you're enjoying writing for Sherlock! I find it a lot of fun - especially when I'm writing Sherlock himself. For me, this year is turning out to be all about the girls. I'm actually writing some magical realism for Holmestice too, but it's centred around Mary. And for the advent calendar it's going to be Molly/Irene.

Good luck to you too! I'll look forward to reading what you write. :D
