But some clever person *cough*becc_j*cough* has informed me that my computer has an embedded microphone and I've wanted to join in tebtosca's voice meme since she started it, so I figured I'd take the time out to give it a go (mostly I just wanted to pronounce all the Latin stuff). I figure I'm going to continue to be pretty well incommunicado from now until July, so this mass of rambling is sort of to prove that I'm still alive. Ta-da! *jazz hands*

I loved listening to this. Can you repeat (or give links for) the favorite fics you mentioned... something borrowed, something blue by _______? and Dust in the wind? I didn't have a pencil ready.

I have not listened to yours yet - I've been trying not to spend too much time at that meme or I'll end up listening to people talk all day. I shall definitely check it out when I have a moment though. Always fun to meet like minds!

Probably I should have added that somewhere, oops. I also have been told that I talk too fast, which doesn't help.

You won't have to listen to the whole thing... just up until the part i talk about LOOATI, because it's CRAZY how exactly the same we feel about this fic... I think one of your sentences was literally the same words as me. Which, I don't find strange at all, because it's exactly how everyone who reads it would feel, naturally.

Actually, now that I'm looking at the summary for Dust in the Wind, I think I've read that, and yeah. That would be the way to end it. For reals. Makes me kind of weepy and sad that it will never happen like that.
