The best short-stories are the ones about small things like that, that most other people might overlook bothering to write. It's aaall the small things. I loved it, reminded me of that Zax/Cloud doujin I'm failing to remember the name of right now... with them on the run, and Cloud always reaching out to touch Zax's face or take his hand, crying, at night. T_T story was great. Thanks for that.
