This should not have taken nearly so long to get written.

Title: Volunteer Firemen Do It for Free!
Fandom: CW RPS
Pairing: Jared/Jensen
Rating: G
Word count: 1330
A/N: Written for [livejournal.com profile] ordinaryink who asked for J2 and kittens! Sorry it took so long, hon!

Summary: There were a pair of legs hanging out of the tree on Jensen's front lawn.

So are you actually a firefighter or is that the kitten-in-tree equivalent of a superhero name? )
So I've just updated my master post for the first time in forever, and realized that I am awesome and totally forgot to crosspost three stories here at DW. And since I both can't be bothered and don't want to spam people's flists, I'm just throwing up some quick links here to the LJ posts in case anyone's interesting in the reading thereof.

Ta da!

The Heart of Everything (AU 23,800 words)
When Jared moved to the country, he thought he'd left loud and chaotic back in the steam-powered copper-and-stone world of the city. He was right, up until a chance encounter with a wounded runaway turned his quiet little life into a not-so-quiet little life that would need patience, trust, love and a little bit of ingenuity to keep it safe when the man's mysterious past caught up with them both. R
(Jared/Jensen)

They Say I'm a Dreamer (AU 1500 words)
In which Jensen's kind of a shy tool and his coworkers are totally sick of him failing to talk to the hot guy in the elevator. G
(Jared/Jensen)

17 A.W. (After Winchester) (AU 26,300 words)
Ever since the Deamhanan destroyed the Earth and his dad abandoned him, Sam has spent his life in space, going out with a whimper along with the rest of the human race. When a stranger named Dean tells Sam that he's the key to finding a weapon capable of killing the Deamhanan, Sam gets swept up in a fight he never wanted to be a part of and finds himself far more attracted to Dean than he wants to be. PG
(Sam/Dean)
OH MY GOD, JOHN WATSON, I LOVE YOU SO MUCH. YOU DESERVE HUGS FOREVER.

There'd better not be a huge time lag in the storyline between this episode and the first episode of series three, is all I'm gonna say. *flails*
It's now officially 2012! I've not done one of these before, but I'm actually pretty pleased with my output this year, so I figured I'd give it a go.

Amazingly, cleflink actually wrote stuff in 2011 )

Wow, that was a lot more html than I was expecting. But it was fun to write, even if no one ever reads it. ^_~ Happy end of 2011 everyone!
The Yuletide reveal has happened! This was my offering:

Title: Together, Our Direction is Up
Fandom: Tintin
Characters: Tintin, Captain Haddock (epic bromance!)
Rating: G
Word count: 3255
A/N: Written for [personal profile] halotolerant for the 2011 round of Yuletide. I have been a dorky big fan of Tintin pretty much since I was old enough to read so this was great fun to read. Oh, and the new movie is good fun; some parts were a bit silly (the flying ships in the battle between the Unicorn and Red Rackham's ship, anyone?), but they got Tintin's character down pat and there were a lot of great nods to the books for those who knew them.

Summary: In the end, neither of them are fully themselves without the other.

( Tintin without the Captain is like… a Thompson without a Thomson )
Title: Learn to Glow for Other's Good
Author: [personal profile] cleflink
Pairing: Jared/Jensen
Rating: PG
Word count: 9900
A/N: Written for [livejournal.com profile] lizzywinks for the 2011 round of [livejournal.com profile] spn_j2_xmas. Thanks to [livejournal.com profile] peppervl for a quick and dirty beta! It was a great help, hon!

Summary: In which Jensen is an empath and Jared is insanely cheerful and completely incapable of leaving well enough alone.

If you're trying to be polite, you needn't bother. I don't care. )

Okay, so this comic about Professor Layton made me laugh out loud.

This is exactly how those games work. Some of the puzzles are frigging dreadful.

I should probably be doing something productive. How about that.

*taps* Is this thing on?

I'm sending out Christmas cards this year! Anybody want one?

If you would like to receive a Christmas card from moi this year, please leave a comment with your mailing address. Oh! And if you want, give me a quick fic-prompt as well and I'll write you something (timestamps are fine).

All comments are screened, both to protect your identities and to make me look like less of a fool when no one responds. orz

Hugs!
I think it says something interesting about me when, while preparing a lesson plan for Merchant of Venice, my hands automatically type 'Jared' instead of 'Jew'. *shakes head*
Title: With A Talent Like Yours
Fandom: CW RPS
Pairing: Jared/Jensen
Word count: 5260
Rating: PG
A/N: Written for [personal profile] peppervl on the wonderful occasion of her birthday which was last week. Happy You Day, hon! Also, the working title of this story was Dungeons and Cats. Fair warning.

Summary: Jensen figured that traveling with a wizard would be a lot easier if the man's damn familiar didn't hate him.

Shilya sauntered off with a smug little meow and Jared threatened to set Jensen on fire if he killed his cat )
Title: When I Wore a Younger Man's Clothes
Fandom: CW RPS
Pairing: Jared/Jensen
Word count: 1990
Rating: PG
A/N: Because it's September again and I apparently felt like writing College AU. Title is from Billy Joel's Piano Man.

Summary: Jensen hates ice-breaker games, Misha has a talent for stealing clothes and Jared likes Jensen pink.

Hi, I'm Jared and you're wearing my shirt )
Since when are the tickets for the Toronto Supernatural con sold out? I mean, I don't have to worry since I bought mine the first day they were available (shut up), but the last time I checked there were a good twenty seats left in gold and over half the silver section still available. And that was, like, a week ago. *shakes head* Amazing.

And speaking of the Toronto con, is anybody going? I would love to meet some new people if any of y'all are going to be there! *beams*

Just booked my hotel room for the Toronto Supernatural Con! (Yes, I know it's an hour's drive away from my house. Shut up).

Next order of business: sorting out my excuse for being absent from college on the Friday. *grins*
